With over 19 years experience in the IT field, Wisely is the founder and Chief Executive of Sparc Systems (Africa) Ltd giving leadership on strategic direction of the company. He is a hands-on person who has done a number of designs and IT systems implementations across Africa for the banks, telecommunication and government systems.

Wisely is a graduate of University of Malawi (First-class honors) and is a recipient of numerous awards and certifications on Leadership and Enterprise ICT. 

Chikondi has over 15 years experience in IT field implementing solutions across banks, telecommunication sector and government institutions in Africa. He is a graduate of University of Malawi and holds various IT certifications.

He has extensive experience in IT Systems implementation and designs including Converged Systems, Unix and Linux systems, Servers and Storages, Veeam, VMWare designs and many more.

A dynamic Sales Manager with over 10 years experience in the software industry and an exceptional record in IT product sales and customer service in the ICT space across multiple industries.

She possesses excellent expertise in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, and lead end-to-end in technical discussions with business stakeholders in order to identify technical solutions suitable for customer business needs.

Annmarie is a graduate of MANCOSA and holds numerous certifications in ICT and marketing.

A dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with over 12 years of experience and a strong track record in IT product sales and customer service within the ICT sector, serving multiple industries in Malawi.

She brings a solid blend of commercial acumen and technical expertise, enabling her to lead end-to-end technical engagements with business stakeholders translating complex requirements into practical solutions while driving awareness and adoption of emerging enterprise technologies.

Esnor holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich and has further strengthened her professional profile through the attainment of several industry certifications.

With over 15 years of experience working across various IT companies and projects, Philippe brings a wealth of technical expertise alongside a strong understanding of sales and client portfolio management. His professional background is rooted in the design and implementation of enterprise solutions, where he has consistently delivered value-driven outcomes.

Philippe is a graduate of Mount Kenya University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. Throughout his career, he has further strengthened his expertise by obtaining numerous technical certifications, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development.

As Financial Controller, he leads the finance department with a focus on strategic oversight and operational excellence. With over 12 years experience, he maintains a comprehensive understanding of financial evolution and long-term goals.

He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and also holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of Malawi, The Polytechnic. Beyond his technical proficiency in financial accounting, Christopher is recognized for his leadership in streamlining financial processes and maintaining the highest standards of transparency across all our financial sections.
